Resolve your resolutions!

With Anything  anything you do, have a basic goal that you can accomplish! If you have a huge goal, break it down in smaller parts. Set deadlines for things you can really accomplish.

For example, one of my resolutions was to stay healthy and work out more.  I plan on doing this by:

  •  Continue  working out and eating healthy.

  • Eat less processed foods.

  • Follow work out routines that improve my overall health.

  • See a doctor to get more information on what I need to improve, and what is healthy for me!

  • Have monthly updates

For each step mentioned, there are mini steps. The best tip I can give to achieve your resolution is  DO it!  Starting is the hardest part. Most of the time, people don't want to start because they want to start "perfect." But at the end of the time period you have given yourself, you will see how much you have grown. A little is better than nothing. What are your resolutions? How are you going to achieve them?
