I'm not even going to lie to you, I love to eat:

  • Oreeos

  • Kit Kats

  • Butterfingers

  • M&M's

  • Reese's Peanut Butter cups

  • Chocolate chip cookies


I can literally finish two full bags of these sweets.  As much as I like to work out, I like to eat these chocolates even more. The main reason I eat sweets is because they taste so good! I can't control my cravings!  For new years, I will attempt to avoid these not by quitting cold turkey but eating them in moderation.

 

If you have any tips on how to avoid these foods, or cut your cravings let me know!
