I'm not even going to lie to you, I love to eat:

Kit Kats
Reese's Peanut Butter cups
Chocolate chip cookies

I can literally finish two full bags of these sweets.  As much as I like to work out, I like to eat these chocolates even more. The main reason I eat sweets is because they taste so good! I can't control my cravings!  For new years, I will attempt to avoid these not by quitting cold turkey but eating them in moderation.

If you have any tips on how to avoid these foods, or cut your cravings let me know!

Sh*t Naturals Say

These two videos, spinoffs of Sh*t Girls say, really got to me. I hear my friends and people on youtube saying this all the time! What do you think?

Dry hair?

Weather your hair is dry just during the winter, or all the time (like me), one great idea is to add a deep conditioning treatment to your hair regimen. simple and pampering, this will help your hair stay more hydrating
What you need:

Shower Cap
A hair conditioner

I usually use Giovanni  smooth as silk deeper moister conditioner, but  I picked recently picked up  Giovanni 50:50 Hydrating- Calming Conditioner. It was on sale at  T.J. Maxx.

Add vegetable glycerin to your conditioner, or after you wash it out. Vegetable glycerin is a humectant, which means it traps moisture in. Because you are conditioning your hair, the glycerin will trap in the water and leave your hair feeling moist for a long period of time.
Leave in conditioner: Think of this applying lotion to your hair. After you wash out your conditioner, you want something light that will be in there all day.
Oil products: This seals all the moisture from the water, and conditioners. Be careful! Many oils keep moisture in, but…

Resolve your resolutions!

With Anything  anything you do, have a basic goal that you can accomplish! If you have a huge goal, break it down in smaller parts. Set deadlines for things you can really accomplish.

For example, one of my resolutions was to stay healthy and work out more.  I plan on doing this by:

Continue  working out and eating healthy.
Eat less processed foods.
Follow work out routines that improve my overall health.
See a doctor to get more information on what I need to improve, and what is healthy for me!
Have monthly updates

For each step mentioned, there are mini steps. The best tip I can give to achieve your resolution is  DO it!  Starting is the hardest part. Most of the time, people don't want to start because they want to start "perfect." But at the end of the time period you have given yourself, you will see how much you have grown. A little is better than nothing. What are your resolutions? How are you going to achieve them?
